Designed as an expansion to the original restaurant renovation (also done by Norsman Architects) in 2008, Piccolo Sogno grew anew in 2011.  The extension of the dining area increased capacity by nearly 20 percent while adding a main level wine-cellar.  The original kitchen, which had been restricted by the existing space, was moved to its own addition to provide for the increase in patrons.  Founded as the 'Little Dream' of its owners, the restaurant also contains one of the truly great outdoor dining experiences in the Midwest.
